Data controller

What data do I process?

• Contact form: your name, email address, the lesson you are interested in and the content of your message, plus the date the form was sent and a shortened form of your IP address to prevent abuse.
• Student reviews: the site shows only the reviewer's initials, their relation (student/parent), the lesson type, the date and the review text. Reviews are taken from platforms where reviewers shared them publicly.

For what purpose and on what legal basis?

Form data is processed only to answer your message and plan your lesson request, based on your explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5/1) and on being directly related to establishing a contract (Art. 5/2-c). Reviews are published with initials only, on the basis that the person concerned made them public (Art. 5/2-d).

How long do I keep it?

Contact messages are kept for at most [12 months] after a reply and then deleted. If you would like your review removed, simply write to the address below.

Transfers

Your data is not shared with anyone for marketing purposes. The site is hosted by Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc., USA). Contact form submissions are delivered to my email through the Web3Forms service (USA).

Cookies

The site uses no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. Only a strictly necessary session cookie is used to sign in to the admin panel. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.

Online lessons

Lessons take place on Google Meet. Google's own privacy terms apply when you join a lesson; lessons are not recorded.

Your rights

Under KVKK Art. 11 you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and to object to its processing. You can send your requests to deniz3314@gmail.com.

Last updated: October 2026. Sections in square brackets must be completed by the site owner. In case of any discrepancy, the Turkish version prevails.
