01About

Teaching a language starts with knowing the learner.

I have been teaching Turkish for nearly ten years. Since 2019 I have worked one-to-one with students of different ages and from different countries on Turkey's largest online education platform.

I completed my bachelor's in Turkish Language Teaching and my master's in Turkish Language Education at Dokuz Eylül University, where I am now a PhD student in the same field. My research focuses on discourse analysis of AI-generated texts.

In my lessons, I first try to understand where the student is struggling. Then I turn reading, writing, grammar and exam strategy into a plan built for that person. Outside the classroom, I train large language models to use Turkish accurately and naturally.

02AI and language

I teach AI Turkish, and I teach teachers how to use AI.

I create data that helps large language models use Turkish accurately and naturally, and I study AI-generated texts in my PhD research. I bring this experience into my lessons and into teacher training.

  • Model training

I write Turkish prompts and responses for large language models, evaluate and rank model outputs against quality guidelines, and correct language and factual errors.
